With over 15 years experience in hotel housekeeping departments and more than 5 years in domestic cleaning services. I'm proud of my achievements working at 5 star properties. I pride myself on communication and leadership. Customer service is paramount in our business. Currently I am completing my study in Individual Support. 


I'm an extremely visual person,presentation is key, my standards are high. Near enough is not good enough. 

I believe somethings can't be taught - it's either in you or it's not. My cleaning results  reflect through self pride. I have over 8 years experience as Housekeeping and Hospitality Services Manager in Hotels and Holiday Rental properties.

I graduated with a Bachelor Business Administration (Hons) in Marketing and Electronic Control Engineering from Malaysia. Currently studying Bachelor Community Health and Diploma in Aged Care at University of South Australia (UniSA) and Sterilization Services at Australian Nursing and Midwifery Education Center (ANMEC).


I have more than 5 years experience as Personal Financial Consultant, and over 5 years working in 5 Star hotels in housekeeping team management. I also worked as a trainer for the housekeeping department at The Intercontinental Melbourne and Crowne Plaza Hotel Melbourne.I am a perfectionist. Currently working at North Eastern Community Hospital as CSSD Assistant. Cleaning and interior design are my passion. I am honest,hardworking and have a keen eye for detail.
